| Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breast. Methods Eight cases of primary squamous cell carcinoma of breast were collected in our hospital from 2009 to 2016.The tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis, and ER, PR, Her-2 expression were analyzed. Results The incidence of breast squamous cell carcinoma was 0.33%. The average patientage was 53.75 years. All the 8 patients were treated with surgical treatment and chemotherapy. The average tumordiameter was 3.9 cm, with 44% theaxillary lymph node metastasis.ER, PR and Her-2 expression frequency were 10.4%, 7.6% and 10.9% , respectively. All patients did not receive endocrine therapy and targeted therapy.Thepatients were followed up for 13~72 months, with an average 27.3 months. At the end of follow-up, 3 patients were lost to follow-up, and 2 patients died. The remaining 3 patients are still alive. Conclusion Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the breastpatientsare relative older.Tumor diameter is large, with lower ER, PR, Her-2 positive expression frequency and high AJCC grade.Platinum based chemotherapy regimen may be better.
