      尿酸基本依赖肾脏代谢,作为肾功能评价指标,可以预测子痫前期病情进展。研究发现尿酸本身直接参与子痫前期发病:在早孕期通过炎症、免疫等途径抑制滋养细胞生物学功能,形成“浅着床”胎盘,继而从缺血缺氧的胎盘组织中释放,随循环通过多种途径损伤各脏器血管内皮细胞,与子痫前期发病“二阶段”模型假说相一致。这为子痫前期有限的治疗方法提供了新的思路。

      Uric acid, which is mainly depending on renal metabolism, can predict the progression of preeclampsia. Scientists realized that the uric acid itself was directly involved in the onset of preeclampsia. In the early stage of pregnancy, uric acid suppresses the biological function of trophoblast by regulation of inflammatory reaction and immune response. Blood uric acid levels was thought to relate to the damage of the vascular endothelial cell and shallow implantation" of placenta. We reviewed the relevant research of uric acid in pathogenesis of preeclampsia and its significance in the treatment.
